This RAD ballet session includes the following exams: Pre-Primary, Grade 1, Intermediate Foundation and the very first RAD Silver Swans demonstration class.

Exciting News
This exam session has been made extra special with the inclusion of our incredible Silver Swans from across Wales. They are taking part in a pilot scheme for the Royal Academy of Dance and are the first to trial a Silver Swans demonstration award (before it gets rolled out globally). I am thrilled to have been given this opportunity and for being able to share it with my adult ballet students – congratulations to the twenty-eight adults who are taking part, I am very proud of you all, and please have fun!!
Exam Wear
No jewellery, false nails or transfer tattoos please. Hair must be in a bun with a net. We can help with these on the day but please bring equipment: brush, hairband, grips, slides, hair gel and hair spray.
Pre-Primary: Lilac leotard and skirt, pink socks and ballet shoes (with elastic).
Grade 1: Turquoise leotard, pink tights, ballet shoes (with elastic), character shoes and character skirt.
Grade 6: Navy leotard, pink tights, ballet shoes (with ribbons), character shoes, character skirt.
Intermediate Foundation: Black leotard, pink tights, ballet shoes (with ribbon), pointe shoes.
Silver Swans: Black leotard or black top, black tights or leggings, black skirt, ballet shoes, black hair piece.
